vitality through movement’s Yoga Therapy is based on Classical Hatha yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises). vitality through movement sessions aim to use yoga for therapy, differing from classes which cannot be suited to each individuals need and abilities. The sessions work as a short personal program of one-on-one sessions to create a routine you can continue with at your own pace and in your own time.
Jade Sterling brings a blend of yoga training, natural therapies and medical experience to her role as principal Yoga Therapist at vitality through movement. Jade is certified by the International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA), is a Registered Nurse and holds Advanced Diplomas Natural Medicine (Dip CH and Dip PH).
